Hailey, the manager, was so helpful with my Special circumstance and my membership. She and the aesthetician also went above and beyond to allow me to use one of my extra packages for addons giving me the most value. The aesthetician gave me the best facial since coming to hand and stone. She not only gave me an effective skin treatment but allowed me to feel good/relaxed during it. My masseuse was also phenomenal- it was a well needed spa day and it could not have went better. Thank you all!

Relaxing atmosphere.

I like the ability to bank services and use them in a group. I also think the value for the facial with collagen mask and exfoliation was great. However I would like better availability for hot stone massage as I would have booked that with my facial.

Kendal is very knowledgeable and always makes sure I am comfortable with pressure or anything she is doing. Her pleasant and bubbly personality makes it a joy to converse with her during my sessions.
