I have been a member for over a year. I am always pleased with the Huntingdon Valley location. Staff is friendly - estheticians are excellent (I always try to book a massage with Susan and a facial with Paige) -- I always feel welcome and each member of the staff contributes to making this location a very pleasant atmosphere. A true retreat each visit!

I was able to get a next day appointment for back to back facial & massage - and with my preferred professionals! The front staff really make an effort to get to know you and I always feel welcome when I arrive. I decide to try the new Himalayan salt facial & I was so pleased!!! Paige always gives an excellent facial experience, but the products really wowed me this time. Getting a sample to take home was a nice bonus too. I followed that up with a massage by Susan. She has such a warm healing healthy personality that shines through in her work. I left finally feeling relief in some troubled areas. Great experience all around.

I had a wonderful first experience at the Hand and Stone Spa in Huntingdon Valley. The reception area was nice because it smelled like lavender and the music was very relaxing. I came to Hand and Stone for a introductory facial with my mom. My esthetician Karen was very nice, and I could tell that she was passionate and excited about her job. The facility was also very nice and well-kept.

Making appointments at Hand and Stone is so easy! I am easily able to do this online and haven't had any problems. The staff is friendly, and it's nice they let me know about new services coming out.

Everything went as expected. Sometimes there can be variables in visit to visit and this location was highly consistent.

I was highly satisfied with my experience mainly because Ashely is such an excellent massage therapist. She is very knowledgable and applies just the right pressure in the problem areas. I have been to many other good therapists In the past but Sdhlry is by far the best. Highly recommend
