Everyone was very professional, warm, friendly and helpful. Offered additional services without being pushy. Karen did my facial. Did a great job! My skin was glowing and radiant when done. Very clean!

Online scheduling was more complicated which is why i called to make my appt. No options to book based on getting multiple services, made it complicated to find time slots to get back to back services. Facial and massage packages would be nice, could make money on the upsells.

The experience at my Hand & Stone location is always lovely. The desk staff are wonderful, and Tori was an excellent massage therapist - I left feeling that my concern areas had been treated expertly and my body feels so much better post-massage.
