I was very pleased with the entire experience. I booked my appointment over the phone and it was very easy, the person I spoke with was very friendly but professional. When I arrived for my appointment, the reception was very warm and helpful. She asked me to complete a form and wait. The massage therapist was running a bit late, so they offered my a complimentary upgrade to a Himalayan salt massage which was wonderful. Paul, the therapist, was very professional and did a great job of addressing my problem area (shoulders). We started a few minutes late but he still gave me the full 50 minute massage. I walked out of there feeling like I was on cloud 9! I will definitely be back!

Tiffany was great. i have a really bad back and realize it will take several sessions to start to really feel better. She was communicative and understood my issues and where my pain was coming from.
