I'm very happy with the Hand and Stone location that I have a membership with. Scheduling appointments is always quick and easy. The main reason I bought the membership is because the aesthetician I see, Phyllis, is fantastic. I've noticed a huge improvement in my skin since seeing her.

Felt like the massage was about 10 minutes short. Arrived at 6 went back around 6:05 and was dressing at 6:50

Kelly always does a wonderful job. I need a firm deep-tissue massage and she is very good at that. I really appreciate being able to get a Friday appointment so I can rest on the weekend and really benefit from the massage.
