Hand and Stone

Came in just to relieve stress and relax and the therapist was very effective.

The therapist, Susan, was attentive to my trouble spots and the massage was wonderful. The only problem was during checkout. The receptionist had a confrontation with a customer and was not professional. When that receptionist spoke with the manager, the manager explained that she, the receptionist, was incorrect with regard to the exchange. No matter how difficult a customer may seem, the professional approach is that the customer is always right. I attribute this exchange to a bit of immaturity on the part of the receptionist.

Everything was great

I’ve been going to Hand and Stone for over a year. I love my massage therapist. I also use some of the skin care products, but the one I needed yesterday was not in stock.

The massage therapist I had was very good. She even massaged my forehead! I felt awesome when I left. She didn't rush through it- seemed like she really knew what she was doing.

Kelly, my therapist,was very knowledgeable. Room was set up perfectly, and Kelly knew what she was doing. Any questions I had she gladly answered. I ended up quite relaxed afterwards.

Relaxing, pleasureable and enjoyable

Kelly always makes my visits enjoyable. She is very pleasant and always knows who I am. She always makes me relaxed and comfortable. Danielle was also very friendly.
