I have had Susan as my therapist several times. She has gotten to know what I like and I appreciate that.

I was able to book appts with the therapists I requested. I had an hour btwn services; I was offered tea/water twice and the staff checked to make sure I was comfortable. The were even able to start my facial 15 early which was a nice surprise. Staff great at remembering me/my needs, such as liking the table warmer on, and products I use.

I was in pain. Made the appt that afternoon and was lucky enough to get in. I left the appointment 100% cured. My therapist worked the pain area non stop till it was dissipated.

who doesn't love massages... so hard to say anything bad. It's nice that all locations are the same so you know regardless of where you go, there is consistency in the level of clean and the look and feel. Everyone is very nice.
