Your website pricing information is extremely misleading. NOWHERE does it explain that the $79 price LISTED ON WEBSITE is only if you sign up for membership. Actual cost of massage, $129, is NOWHERE listed on website. Your website needs to be more forthright with your pricing schedule. Other chains are more forthright.

I wasn't "highly satisfied" mainly due to the price and the number of calls I have received lately. I wish reminders were sent out more often and in advance (at least one week out instead of a day or two in advance), but that doesn't apply to this visit. Andy and the receptionists did well to keep my appt on schedule, the quality of my massage was great, and the receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable enough; the questions stated just did not apply, hence the numerous "neither satisfied nor dissatisfied". Keep doing what you're doing, maybe keep the membership price low? But I know inflation has been squeezing us all and an impossibility.

My therapist wanted to chat and I prefer quiet.

I prefer at least an hour massage. My $79.95/month massage lasts just shy of 50 minutes. I can add 30 minutes (if scheduling allows) but that is out of pocket. I honestly feel that the massages should be a full 60 minutes to make the 'membership rewards' worth it.

I was urged to sign up for the instagram page for $5 off and was told I couldn't use that toward my massage. I signed up for an hour massage, it was 50 minutes. I signed up for an introductory massage and was told I was being charged the $129 but could receive the intro price if I signed up for the membership, so I felt as though I had to...

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist. I think the membership is a bit pricey.

It was fine. I only rate Highly Satisfied for something exceptional. I had a gift certificate, but it would be expensive for me to pay for the massage and give a tip.

I find the services to be very expensive. I used to belong as a member years ago and felt it was more reasonable at that time. Over $100 for a massage or a spatial is a lot of money. I got a facial because I had a gift card, but I would never have paid that price for a facial. The massage was very enjoyable. Andy did a great job.

Staff is wonderful and helpful. My esthetician Stephanie is just overall great. Truly my only dissatisfaction is related to pricing of services. Very difficult to afford on a regular basis. And I do not wish to become a member for “savings”. I go whenever I can afford to do so.
