I wish the pressure of the massage was more

Therapist was knowledgeable and gave a good massage. The room was very clean and welcoming. I liked the use of the hot towel and music .

I am satisfied with the experience, I think that there could be an easier way to apply your points and that with the price increase we could have been offered something extra for being a previous member. The massage therapist I use is great which is why I continue coming.

The price went up, my favorite massage therapist left and evening appointments are not easy to get with female massage therapists

Overall experience: forms, waivers, procedures etc feel very medico-legal driven and interfere with a relaxing spa experience. Also, massage therapist’s conversation distracted from relaxing environment for first 10 mins. This was not an issue for the rest of the massage

I called for a 90 minute massage, but was told it was over in 60 minutes. I also had a new massage therapist who just passed his boards, talked a lot and didn't allow me to relax as I would like. He was very kind and pleasant though, but you can tell he was brand new! He did apply great pressure but I felt like he focused on the same movement or massage techniques over and over without any variation. He focused on my neck and head, which is fine because I mentioned migraines, but he did my legs/feet/arms/hands in 2 minutes. I felt incredibly disappointed when I didn't get my full 90 minute massage, but Amber at front desk apologized and provided me with an upgrade. I just felt dissatisfied with the experience althoughter.

I was not aware that a tip was already included on my gift card and I tipped again after my massage. However, the next day, the issue was resolved by the manager to my liking. I am returning for another massage.

the staff & venue were great. the price tag is just too much, even at a member price it's too steep. that is the only reason i would not make it a regular habit.

I heard alot of talking in the hallway outside my room during my massage at one point. I've never had that issue before.
