My massage therapist Rafael is professional, attentive to my needs with expertise in resolving my back and knees pain. I have moved H&S locations to keep my x2 massages monthly.

I always look forward to my appt. Stephanie makes me feel well taken care of and relaxed. The receptionists are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Massage was relaxing. That was my goal. Kelly was great! Asked about my well-being during massage, very thoughtful.

Matthew is attentive and has remembered from previous visits areas of concern. The staff at the front desk is friendly and efficient.

The staff is friendly. The space is welcoming. I return for my therapist, Andy, as he is phenomenal. The value for the cost is reasonable (although recent price increases are maxing out what I'm willing to pay).

Cameron was wonderful. He really listened to me & helped with troubled areas.

Brittany was AMAZING!! She listened to where I was experiencing discomfort when I walked in and my back and hips felt much better after, and the relief lasted more than several hours (which is HUGE for me). Thank you!!
