Overall experience did not seem very elevated. Everything seemed a little outdated, old. Massage room wasn’t very dark. I wish they charged me before I had my service rather than after. There was an issue when using my gift card and I did not leave relaxed, quite the opposite. However, I did have a great massage with Maggie.

I upgrade my package and I felt like I paid double the money But my facial was only 45 minutes in total probably shorter then that but I was dress and back in my car by 745 for a 7 appointment just felt too rushed

In general the massage is always short of the time scheduled. Online appointments hard to make- you shouldn’t have to put in credit card number when you are already a member .

I was only back in the room for facial for 45 min. I was back out in the lobby and dressed in 45 min. She did try to remove any blackheads. Just kept lotioning my face. She was very nice and knowledgeable but just not satisfy with the time cut short

The esthetician asked me if I wanted a certain procedure done and I said no and she said ok so just a hydrating facial, I didn’t realize that ‘hydrating’ meant an upgrade, she failed to mention that point. She should have said we can do a hydrating facial but that’s an upgrade. Very deceptive. Of course when I went to check out I was surprised and didn’t want to cause a scene with the receptionist so I paid it, but kind of ruined the visit.

I think the cost is too expensive for the service. Maybe to offset the cost, there should be perks to add to the service free of charge. Enter loyal members into a monthly raffle for a free upgrade.

One of the aspects I wish were different is the oil used. It is difficult to clean after, especially clothing. I wish it were a blend that absorbed more into skin and not cloth. I am glad that this time, the hot towel I received did not smell of rancid oil. When it did, it wasn’t the therapist’s fault: the spa should check that their towels are fresh. (Even clean, they don’t always smell good.)

There hasn’t been a manager at this location in some time. Emails do not get returned. Front desk says someone will be in touch and never are. At least 3 billing errors in past couple months, no resolution. If it wasn’t for Stephanie, Maggie and Beata, I would stop going.

Upgrades are too expensive

The aesthetician Was very nice and knowledgeable but I felt like spending $80 plus a $20 tip on a basic facial that lasted about 30 minutes was too expensive. She told me about a face cleanser that would work perfectly for my skin and it was not too expensive, but when I went to check out it was Almost $70, I felt pressured into getting a membership because they kept bringing it up even though I did not receive the 10% discount off of my cleanser.
