Way too much pressure, even after I asked the therapist to go lighter.

I was satisfied…. Not overly satisfied…. Could recommend scented oil be used

I didn't experience anything above the acceptable level of service. Good service, but not exceptional. Maybe it was the end of the day and therapist was tired.

The music was turned off & the massage therapist said they could not control it. It was not relaxing without some background music. The beds were not warmed & I was cold.

i AM CONSISTANTLY BROUGHT IN A LITTLE LATE AND FINISHED A LITTLE EARLY. REALY ONLY A 45 MIN MASSAGE IF THAT. DIFFICULTING SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME AT THE TIMES I DESIRE.

Unprofessionalism of staff in the waiting area.

i should have asked for deep tissue and forgot when i booked. when back is sore it takes 2 weeks to get in, hard to know when i need the massage and ahrd to book ahead. its all your stores

The waiting area was extremely noisy and chaotic at both check in and again at check out. Definitely nothing relaxing about that at all.

The prices are so high. I think my person was new. I prefer a more experienced person. Just personal preference.
