Hand and Stone

Everyone was great. Unfortunately they messed up and my passes were expired and we didn’t relize and the receptionist let us keep our appointments but after the massage the manager was checking us out and was so so so rude and ignorant. She is the reason I will never go back there or recommend that hand and stone. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming and my therapist was absolutely amazing but the manager should not be one she is rude and not professional and ignorant

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

I had gift cards - was told that it was coded wrong in system - that’s why they could not “see it”. Thought it was worked out prior to my visit. Once there / then tried to tell me I only had 1/2 value on there ?? Then tried to up charge my facial Made me feel like I was doing something wrong

Very happy that the staff allowed me to maximize my packages, since I was using multiple. I never had that option elsewhere, so that much appreciated. I also loved that Jasmine took her time and really looked over my skin, and worked hard to do extractions in all my trouble spots and provided some pointers to help me improve my skin outside visits.

This place make me relaxing every time I go for massage especially the hot stone one I love it.

I think I was expecting more then I received. Was not a full body massage like I received in the past.it was nothing against my therapist, everyone has different styles.

I liked the massage therapist very much just did not think it was a great massage She was very nice thorough I just expected a better massage as she was recommended to me as being one of your best masseuses

I was satisfied with my appt, but, gave helpful suggestions like put hooks in the room to hang clothes. and take me back to the room at the time of the appt

Great massage. Good quality of products. Renee is the best and works on what is requested.

My therapist was amazing. The lobby looked good. I like easy listening spa music and I slways worry if the floor is clean. A soft rug could help
