Extras are always so expensive

My massage therapist was great and she had strong background knowledge. She completely helped my hip area and made it feel amazing. Unfortunately though I kinked my neck a few days ago and was hoping this pain would be resolved by my massage. It wasn't....only a little. Near the end of the massage it started feeling better but then the massage was over. I wish she would've allotted more time to this area even though it was a full body massage. I wish she would've cut back a little on all other areas except my hips so that more attention could've been given to my neck especially since we talked about it prior to her starting the massage. She was very kind and her smile was comforting; however, I was not 100% satisfied. Just being honest and I love Hand and Stone.

I felt it annoying to be offered an up charge during the facial. I was trying to relax but was told my skin would improve more if I got a “better hydration mask” for only $20. It was also annoying to look at products to buy at the end of my facial.

The lady who gave me the facial, Olga, was very very good, and very gentle. The only reason I didn't rate "highly satisfied" is that I was kind of disappointed in the fact that the facial didn't include hand and arm treatment. They did that at the Hand and Stone in Newtown, and they always did it at Toppers.

The experience was good. The massage therapist was new, she was friendly. However, I didn’t receive some of the services I had previously experienced. I’m sure with time and experience, she will be an excellent addition to Hand & Stone.

The best service I have received at this location in the past 6 months. The therapist and entire staff were friendly and knowledgeable

I've had a H&S membership in the past and felt that the value was very well supported—both because of the cost and because of the therapists on staff. I recently restarted my membership and while I was highly satisfied with my therapist and massage, I was disappointed that the massage was not a full hour—as advertised. I asked the receptionist at check-out and she let me know that technically the massage is "50 minutes hands-on." I never heard that before. I arrived at 3:45 for 4pm appt. I was called back at 4:01 and service began maybe 2 minutes later. The therapist finished at 4:51. I was out the door by 5pm. If you advertise 1 hour massages, then the massage should last for 1 hour.

I did not specify any one area so the time spent in each area was fine. However, every other massage I have ever had spent time on my hand and feet/fingers and toes and this time I felt as though it was rushed for my hands and feet. My fingers and toes were not even touched. Other than that my therapist was wonderful and I felt great afterwards.

I was satisfied with my service.

My therapist is great but not available at the late afternoon times I’d like Also, this hand and stone charges $10 more per session than other franchises and charged me $10/month for taking a break during Covid in order to use up my remaining sessions
