In the reception area, the receptionist was engaging in a political commentary conversation with another customer which seemed inappropriate.

Overall, it was a great experience. I do, however think 50 minutes isn’t long enough for the cost. Should be a full hour. And, perhaps a separate area to transition after the massage. Rushing out into the waiting area kills the relaxing vibe.

The front desk staff was not very friendly and no one offered water or upgrades. When I walked in no one acknowledged me. Once they did they didn’t say much especially for a new customer. Renee was amazing and that’s why I will come back. The room smelled like old/wet carpet and I didn’t want to step on it with bare feet. The rest looked out dated and needs. Refresh.

My appointment was ten minutes late to start and ended on time. I only got 40 minutes instead of a 50 minute.

My massage therapist was amazing. She is a keeper. I was not happy when I went to check out tgere was a 10.00 up charge for deep tissue. That has never happened in all my years of being a member. The manager lady took care of it. But the receptionist should have never added it in the first place. I felt taken advantage of. Overall though I love this location and all the people. So I’m happy still!!!

My appointment was for a 60 minute massage. I arrived early, was checked in by my appointment time and the massage started a bit after my reservation time. I am incredibly dissapointed that my massage ended 10 MINUTES EARLY... and that's not even accounting for the time that it took for the massage to start. So all in all my 60 minute massage that I order was actually closer to 40-45 minutes. Thats a huge dissapointment and waste of my money

I was satisfied with the service I received. Not use to having facials. There are still issues with my skin that need fixing.

This aesthetician did not extract sufficiently - this is 2nd time I’ve had her and it was the same Also, she chews gum which is not pleasant to hear. Lastly, her “strokes” on the face are very fast and unpleasant- I asked her to please use slower firmer movements She is very nice, but not my 1st choice at this location

It is extremely difficult to find times available at any locations. My last massage should have been a full body massage, but my arms and hands were not massaged.

I had a hot stone massage, the hot stones were under utilized. I added on for the scalp massage....that was a complete rip off. There was no actual massaging of the scalp..I could buy peppermint oil and put it in my own hair. I would warn people that it is a gimic for hand and stone to charge extra with no actual service being provided.
