Receptionist was very businesslike and polite but not very friendly or welcoming.

Hannah was not helpful at all during check-in. I called ahead of my appointment to indicate that I would not have time to complete the forms that were supposed to be emailed. The receptionist I spoke to, not Hannah, was understanding and stated that the system had not been working and they would work with me to get my appointment started as soon as I arrived. Hannah did not abide by what was told to me on the phone. Not only that she was also very terse.

The pillow with hole for face did not have any separate clean linen on it. The music was too low but I did not ask for it to be louder; other than that, everything was satisfactory.

I could hear talking in another room. The room was too bright so I could not relax as much because of that. I was not warm enough either

I would have liked for the massage to be just on my back. I understand it's supposed to be full body, however what I needed the most was shoulders and lower back. Maggie did an excellent job so please don't get me wrong. Just wish my back and shoulders were the only focus.

A 80 minute message costs two packages instead of 1.5. Put a hold on account to catch up and being charged 10$. No one took 10$ off when I kept up during closing for Covid. Need more therapist- to hard to make apt!

I really didn't feel like the esthetician tried to get to know me as a client.She wasn't very personable.. it didn't take her very long to analyze my skin and she recommended $60 in upgrades that I'm not really sure I needed.

Therapist could talk less. Receptionist not wearing masks. Pressure needs not fully met.
