I like my massage therapist to ask about pressure etc. I was not asked

I am a member and feel that it has been very difficult to get appointments. Thankfully, a facial appointment opened up and I was able to get in, but massages are booked out over two weeks time. I am very disappointed and feel there should be more availability, especially for members. The convenience of calling for a last minute massage is a thing of the past, but one of the main reasons I became a member. When I do get into the salon, it’s always a pleasurable experience, but I have been seriously considering canceling my membership, because I am unable to utilize it as much as I would like.

the massage started well after the 2pm appt and lasted less than 50 minutes. I really felt short-changed

Did not like Oder from oil used. Massage was excellent.

I cannot get there once a month. I had a bimonthly account and I am extremely disappointed that it is not offered to me anymore. So after I use gift cards I have I will not be returning. The guest cost is way to expensive

I was disappointed that after canceling my account the time period to redeem my already paid services was a very short period to use. I should have had at least a year to use them and not be rushed to use them all or loose them. The availability of the better therapist is limited and therefore obtaining an appointment it’s very difficult. My wife’s account is in the same predicament we’re probably going to lose several already paid services because of the deadline to use. I’m considering taking legal actions, because this is not how business should be conducted. If I were still a member it wouldn’t expire. I’ve been penalized because I could no longer afford to pay.

Have multiple therapists advise they cannot apply the pressure I prefer.

I felt like the massage went to quick for the price that I paid.

Overall I felt My business wasn’t really appreciated. However the therapist is very good at her job. The previous therapist was chronically late in taking me back but would always finish the massage very early. I felt I eas being short changed every time which is why I stopped going to her.
