The massage room was freezing so it was a little hard to get completely comfortable

I received a basic facial this appointment. In the past I have added many extras. I felt the basic facial was boring. There should be more added to it that encourage a person to want to come back. If this was my first visit I might not return. I guess you have to include the extras to feel you're getting your money's worth.

The area I was directed to in between my facial and massage was not appealing in any way. The people were wonderful, pleasant, knowledgeable and seemed to be accomodating. The only issue was when asked what I wanted to focus on and then those areas were not focused on.

Gratuity way too much. Should Have been usual 20%.

I think my therapist is wonderful and excellent at her job. Unfortunately this particular time I had given her a specific area I was having trouble with but she didn't work on it. She did work on the other area I mentioned though.

I generally dislike the music that is played. I also missed the bottle of water that used to be given after the appointment.

If I was coming once in awhile I don’t think the price would bother me. I think it’s too much money to come every month. I did cancel my monthly subscription.

I like a firm pressure which was not provided. I also requested attention be paid to my upper back and neck. This did not happen.

Issues with booking online. Looked for sensitive skin facial but could not find it. Was told after Iwas settledin on the table there was a $20 uncharged. The prescreening didn’t seem to work correctly- the lady checking in after me had a similar issue.

Cost for facial upgrades ( additional treatment)is to high for amount of product used.
