Hand and Stone

When the therapist asked me what I wanted to focus on, I explained that I generally hold a lot of tightness in my neck and back muscles and require a lot of pressure. She told me that she has injured wrists and could only perform a mid-level pressure massage. It was still relaxing, but when I told my wife about the experience, she was upset that it wasn't the great Father's Day Gift she had intended. She called and they are rescheduling me with a different therapist, so I'm hoping it will be better the next time around.

I had an appt cancelled 2 hrs before my massage - then the rescheduled appt (a month later) also cancelled 2 hrs before my massage. Then I had to wait another month to get in

I was very satisfied with my overall experience at Hand and Stone for their facials. The esthetician is very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. My skin has appeared to be more even. However, I find the environment so relaxing that it brings me back every month.

Price should be lower, to keep up with competition

I was not able to book with my usual therapist, the available therapist was not as good. She was good, but not excellent.

Over all experience went well. The specialist that performed my massage was very friendly and welcoming. Greeting upon entering the massage room went well.

It appeared to me that the masseuse was less than pleasant, almost distracted. She was not impolite, but I did not feel especially welcome and free to comment. She also ignored my request to spend time on my lower back, and oddly avoided my fingers and toes when it came to the full body treatment.

The massage was just OK I’ve had much better massages I can always get the person that I really like so Sometimes I just have to settle for whoever they booked me with most of the time it’s good but sometimes I’m a little disappointed

Nice friendly atmosphere. Great massage. Easy to book online.

Customer service at the desk could be better. Better communication and use of eye contact. Overall, i would come back.
