Paid for a deep tissue massage and really didn’t get one. There was a ton of oil used and not much pressure

It just wasn't over exciting. The staff was great. I plan on continuing to go to that location. I have already booked another appointment!

I was given a price when booking, when I went to pay it was 10.00 more. Verbally told 20% off for 1st time on products, only received 10%. Kim was terrific but receptionist ran it like a sales "pitch". Relaxing facial, then stress upon leaving. Not fair.

I missed the meditation music that was normally being played. With the current songs without the lyrics I wasn’t able to fully relax because I was thinking I know this song. It was just harder for me to get into a relax mode.

Just wasn’t the best massage I’ve ever gotten at hand and stone, it was ok but not great

The appointment is advertised as an “hour massage”. However, you wait for your masseuse, go over any body parts that need certain attention and then massage ends so you have time to redress in order to fulfill the hour appointment. Total massage process was 46 minutes. Maybe you should have client arrive early so you can review their expectations or focus needs and allot time for undressing/dressing. This would allow for more massage time as part of their hourly appointment.

I wanted medium pressure in my massage, but they would only do light pressure due to some medical history. I understood, though probably wouldn’t schedule another massage.

Hand and stone is a more economically friendly alternative to the traditional spa. The environment could be more spa like. Typically, there is a lot of up selling.

My services were fine, not the best and not the worst.

I wAs satisfied. I just can’t relax and get comfortable wearing the mask.
