I wish the masseuse would check in on pressure level initially and then once again each massage. Firm pressure massages seem very difficult to get on a regular basis.

I enjoyed the whole experience. My problem always is the timing. 50 min massage should be 50 minutes not any less. The booking time is 1 he 5 min before & after for changing & 50 min massage. I rarely get my full amount.

The receptionist when I checked in was outstanding as was my facial. The girl who I made my appointment with could not find my name, was exasperated with me asking too many questions and then decided that I was the problem when I asked to speak with someone to book my appointment.

The massage itself was great. The music in the room was distracting. It sounded like one of those “rock a bye baby” CDs with xylophone/instrumental versions of popular songs. Not the relaxing spa music that I look forward to and that helps me relax.

I have already stated, the receptionist was rude to the other receptionist and rude to me.

The lobby was very busy on the day of my visit. This does not affect my thoughts on the location. It just happened to be busy. Kim, my esthetician, was great. The ladies at the front desk (Patty and the other woman) were so friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up chatting, we learned we had common acquaintances.

I had given my gift card number over the phone the day prior, but since I had multiple errands to run I misplaced my card before the appointment. I called the spa to verify that I actually needed the physical card -hoping I wouldn’t have to stress myself out RIGHT before my massage- and they said I needed the card present. At that point I would’ve just canceled the massage because I’m stressed and almost in tears, but I couldn’t because I would’ve been charged 50% of the appointment. Not how I want to start my experience

80-minute massage not available. Staff was not particularly friendly and seemed rushed.
