I booked a Himalayan Stone massage, but the therapist was unable to perform this service, and I was not made aware until right before my appointment. Also, the therapist spent a long time in the beginning doing a very light massage with the sheet on, I was hoping for more of a sports massage to relieve running muscles.

My massage was amazing - the massage therapist totally got my ‘spots’ and used the exact right pressure. The facial was just so-so. The aestician just went through the motions and tried to sell me a serum because she “likes it and uses it”. Perhaps she is just young and new. I would not get a facial at Hand and Stone again.

Just didn't like the music. I prefer nature sounds to actual music. It just gives a different vibe. More relaxing then songs.

The following morning after my massage, I woke up with a skin infection the same shape as the headrest that you put your face in.

The therapist kept trying to loosen up a very sensitive area onmy back. She was not getting my signals to stop. I am having some pain today.

A transition room to use prior or after would have been helpful especially to be comparable with other massage chains. The only place to sit was the open common front reception area

Issue was masseuse's hand injured but unknown until I was in the massage room. Too late then. Felt like it inhibited pressure for massage. Uncomfortable thinking it must hurt her. She did wear gloves but contamination was not my concern. Her pain was.
