When I use a H&S gift card to pay for tips, some receptionist act as though, they have no clue how to do this transaction. Also a woman who said she was the manager, said this transaction can’t be done.

I wasn't taken back to the room until 5:07. The therapist asked me about my problem areas. Told me to undress, she would be back. Once she began treatment it was 5:12. The message ended at 5:48. That's a 35 minute massage. I was under the impression its supposed to be an hour long. The massage started out great. However, the last 10 minutes was as if my 10 year old was massaging me.

I schedule a last minute massage with someone new. I was the last appointment of the day. It seemed that my therapist was tried, frequently using one hand, pausing multiple times though out the massage, and felt more like a back rub than a massage. I plan to return but with whom I had the best experience with.

I asked the receptionist what the September member specials were, it was 9/28 and she did not know the answer. I did get the answer however was told one price for the upgrade but was charged a more. The second receptionist I dealt with was very helpful and did have more product knowledge and recommendations

Everything was very good. The woman that did the message was very polite, discussing how the message would be performed and if I had concerns. They also asked/discussed with me the level of pressure I would receive during the message, which was very good.

I was satisfied. The esthetician was friendly but a little quiet. I wish she would have given some more details behind her preferred methods as well.

When I made the appointment over the phone, I asked to get a peppermint scalp massage as an add on. However, I didn’t actually receive it during my appointment. It was taken off the bill though so no harm no foul.

The facial was not really a good value in that it wound up being less than 50 minutes, the esthetician talked the entire time and I was not really able to relax and the service felt rushed. I have gotten much better facials for the same price and they lasted longer.

Receptionists were discussing negative, personal matters when I was leaving. Carpet on massage room floor was patched.
