Hand and Stone

I use Hand and stone because it is convenient and supposed to be inexpensive. The prices continue to increase. I have had experiences where the technician is clearly just out of school and needing experience. I do not like all the upselling. Products seem to be pushed to make money not because they will benefit. In skincare this can do a lot of harm.

The appointment was running a little late and I wanted to rebook but the time I needed wasn’t available!

Don't rate highly unless there's something significant.

I have regular massages and usually the therapist can find the knots and work them out. This did not occur at all. I asked for firm pressure, and the pressure was light. While this was relaxing- it did not address my aches at all.

When I scheduled the appointment, the receptionist said it would only be a $10 up charge for a couples massage and never asked if I was a member. When arriving the receptionist said it’s $50 more. At least my sister and I could still get the massages, but separately.

Jennifer was very personable and very knowledgeable. She did a great job in making me feel comfortable and my skin looks great! I would highly recommend

Didn’t received exactly what we scheduled. Had to review with manager who straighten out.

compared to my previous facials this one wasn’t that great. my skin looked better before i got it done

I was satisfied. I reserved highly satisfied for service above and beyond the norm.
