Reception desk was empty. Did not have to wait too long but this was my first visit and did not know what to expect. It did seem busy.

The services are expensive and there is always an upcharge for additional servives. I would also like to exchange my sessions for gift cards but cannot.

My appts often have to be rescheduled due to the locations staffing schedule conflicts...it is not always accommodating to reschedule also.

My appointment was at 2 and i was taken back around 2:10 and then it ended at 2:50 so I expected it to be a little longer of an appointment. Also I have blackheads on my nose and I thought there would be more focus on extraction.

I really did enjoy it, however I felt as if I had to keep conversation going with the massage therapist instead of relaxing and laying quietly. Not so much her fault but I didn’t want to seem rude. She still did great and I’m very happy with the visit.

Tiffany gave a very good massage and was very receptive to trying to help my pain issues. I waited at least 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be taken back to her room. In turn she knocked on the door while I was finishing dressing and told me that I needed to leave the room as she had another appointment waiting. This was disappointing, abrupt and rude. I did not complain, as my daughter had finished before me, and had already left our tips at the desk. Tiffany needs to be further educated in proper etiquette with the client. I too, am a salon professional, in fact an owner, and this is unacceptable.

I feel that there is always something to sell. The massage therapist seemed upset that I was not interested in adding cbd oil

Clients should have a choice of music during session. Time should also be full 50 min. If they are behind schedule it is not the clients fault.

No one ever told me their name. I had to ask what my estheticians name was at the end. The esthetician spent a lot of time on extractions which was great! But then the $20 mask I added was only on my face for a minute. The whole end of the facial felt rushed. The esthetician basically told me how much she hated dermalogica in the room which is a product line they use there. I asked the front desk if I could add dermalinfusion and she said "I guess since its on there" she looked really confused which made me feel uneasy. It was so dark in the room that I was unsure if the esthetician could see my face. At checkout my friends and I were waiting and the girl sat in her chair the whole time so we werent sure what to do. When we finally went up to the desk and I told them my problem the other girl said bye to her friends that were talking to her so she could help. I just did not feel important as a guest at this location.
