Hand and Stone

The product I wanted to buy they didn’t have. The girl that did my massage was ok. I don’t know. It’s been awhile since I’ve had one. Guess it just depends. Some I’ve had were amazing. Some. Not so much.

while the receptionist was not rude, I felt she was short and uncooperative with booking the appointment. I’ve never had that experience prior to this. Everyone has always been very friendly and accommodating. The other woman at the front desk was very nice and the rest of my experience was excellent.

Extremely pushy sales attempt to enroll me in the monthly services program. Seemed scripted and fake. Also would have preferred general recommendations of products that were affordable instead of leading me to the $60+ items to raise their sales goal.

The reception staff was very friendly. I had a facial then a massage.

Expensive. The extra time for the long massage was charged twice as much as the short massage.

I went into my appointment with some hesitation due to a recently bad experience. I did not know what to expect from my message therapist. I did not know how well she would perform her message. So, I was a bit tense and could not relax. It was a good message and I was sore for a few days after even taking some mild medication to ease the pain. It takes me awhile to relax and I think with more visits, I hope to be able to calm my nerves a bit more each time. I also think by having a young message person, its also hard to relate with that person. I liked her, but it was harder to strike up a conversation with her to get to know her more. I am slightly older and I also like a little conversation to help me relax. Also, I think, the personal relationships that you have with your message therapists can also ease tension, especially mine. On the other hand, I really like my facial. Paige is exceptional and very personable. I would get another facial and would recommend her to all my friends.

Did not have the product in stock that I wanted to buy and the aesthetician recommended.

I would have liked more pressure applied. The receptionist was unfamiliar with my purchase. I was given a gift card from someone for services and she was confused with the purchase.
