Hand and Stone

It was a nice place to go and everything seemed clean and organized. I know the esthetician wanted to show me a product and it was not in stock. I also have issues with affording products so having people suggest them and then seeing how much they are puts a downer on the experience. I usually go twice a year to treat myself but I cannot afford the high maintenace or membership of a spa.

Thought there would be more LED time than was given,the time was very short. Also write up of 1st visit indicated we would get a heat mask to take home, did not get anything, the cost should include product, actually skin felt the same no change, I purchased product very expensive was told I would get discount of 10 percent and I did not get that

I regularly have facials and my estethecian at Massage Envy is extremely good.

The message was great no compliaints. The lip was was not done well. I did ask and she said she was done. But there was visible hair.

it was a very expensive service and it was a great experience but I would not spend my own money on the full service I received. I also was feeling pressured from the receptionist to start a monthly lifestyle package which is too expensive

I was dissatisfied because I was not aware that I was being charged for treatment beyond my membership fee. When I got to the register of the last two times I was charged an extra $20. I guess I need to tell the staff person not to give me anything extra beyond my contract.

I paid extra for the foot treatment & for the cost, it was not long enough . I was disappointed.

I was very satisfied with Hand and Stone. I think the staff is good and it is a great value. I have told others about the facility.

I had a great time my back pain was gone and I could move better

Recent massage and facial. Facial felt very greasy afterwards. Both sessions especially facial felt like a sales pitch for products. If I say I’m not interested please stop trying to sell. I’m trying to relax and enjoy the pampering.
