Clients should be able to choose the music for there massage so it relaxes them. Receptionist should ask if you have any coupons. Clients should be asked if they would like any additional services.

I am wondering if the pressure level I like can’t be met as I always say firm but always feel that I get more of a relaxation-type massage

My massage therapist Tori was sweet and kind, made me very relaxed, worked my sore spots perfectly!

Facial was not effective as I was expected.

My mom and I had appointments at the same time. My experience was average (in the sense that I have had superior massages at other places), but still lovely. My mom, who is aging, experienced the therapist as being a little too vigorous for her and causing some pain the next day. My mom does not speak up easily when something is not so comfortable. So, no blaming here...it is just that it was not a good enough experience that she will want to return. I will though.

I didn’t feel like my problem areas were worked in enough. 50 minutes is a short amount of time for a full body, so I understand her trying to fit everything in, but I wish there was more attention to the areas mentioned and and check in about pressure. I never know when to ask for more because sometimes they’re warming up.

I felt that in compare to my previous visit almost nothing was done.

My only reservations about giving a highly satisfied rating are that the cost of my monthly package fee recently went up, and I'm not convinced the services are worth the new higher price. Also, since the original aesthetician I used left (whose name I unfortunately can't remember but before Paige, Danielle and Natalia) I have not been as impressed with how they administer their services. Natalia has been the best, and I will go back to her, but she is stingier with the products than any of the other aestheticians.

I expected more extraction in the facial. Also expected the use of other devises to clean the face. Ive had better Facials.

I get emails from a different hand & stone with their specials but don’t get any emails from my location. I wanted to use the special that was emailed to me but my location didn’t accept it. Shouldn’t all locations be offering the same specials at the same time? That makes me want to change locations.
