Price increase

The steamer for the facial smelled like rotten fish. I normally enjoy the steam and I asked the facialist to shut it off. The water was either sitting too long or something else was wrong. I reported it to the front desk.

everything was fine.

My membership went up when hands changed..i was assured the 49.99 rate and it went up.. May discontinue soon

The issue was with the therapist - not the salon. Will simply try another therapist.

I am not happy that the prices were increased es Especially being a member for a few years.

I feel my massage could’ve been better. I asked for firm pressure, but was given moderate. Was still satisfied with the service. Facial was incredible!

I was highly satisfied with my therapist Tiffany. The overall experience was satisfying. Satisfactory is good The only reason I most likely won’t be going back there is I met up w/ a friend that was convenient place. My local hand and stone in Langhorne is where I’ll be going

They seemed to be a bit short staffed ay the front desk when i was checking out i believe the manager was the individual who checked me out - and she seemed a bit overwhelmed....maybe having 2 front desk associates when guests are due to finish their service and check out?

Esthetician is nice.
