I was highly satisfied.

The body massage was fabulous but the facial had no depth to it .. felt like a robot was doing it

The therapists I normally see were not available in the limited window I had to visit, so I tried someone new. Everything was very nice, but I wasn't wowed the way I have been with others. I wish the bed warmer had been on before I came into the room. Nothing negative to say just down to personal preference.

The LE was not thorough or knowledgeable. She dropped product in my hair. Twice we sat there in silence for 5 mins, without her having hands on me or doing anything while my exfoliater and masque were on.

I just feel like the treatment on my skin was not the best for my skin type. I would have prefered to have another treatment but did not want to be difficult. After treatment my skin did feel okay but I still do not feel like it was the right treatment for me.

I think that the prices are too high if you are not a member. I don’t want another monthly bill because I’m retired. So, I pay full price, but I don’t get them as often as I would like to. I enjoy getting a facial.

The experience was good, but not great in comparison to similar services at other providers.

Everything went well except my credit card was charged twice Visit was fine.?
