I thought it was a 1 hour massage but it was 45-50 min. Otherwise, I was fully satisfied

I am highly satisfied with the massage therapist Ashley. She is superior and I would highly recommend her. My facial experience was not satisfactory and I will not request her again but I will continue with the massage therapist.

I have tried facial massage at several locations. Some estheticians massaged my shoulder while waiting during a facial pack time. Some were just waiting for a facial pack time to end. As a customer, I prefer to get some addition services during a facial pack time as well.

I always have a problem with the comfort of the face rest. The angle and the cloth covering usually pose issues. I can't get a comfortable angle like I can at other spas, and the cloth is so loose that it develops folds that create pressure points, and sometimes it even restricts breathing by covering my nose. I suggest ditching the cloth as other spas have.

Therapist mentioned expectations regarding tipping several times on this visit and during several previous sessions, as well. I think it's in questionable taste to bring this topic up at any time during the service.

I enjoyed my experience. However, my facial was only 45 minutes including the time I had to get changed and I did not receive much of a massage.

I was not offered the extended package with my massage for Add on,when you come out of the massage rooms into the lobby and it's very bright

The lady at the desk wouldn't let my mom use her gift card I think she didn't know that it was on my Membership pricing and she wasn't giving up until wanted her to pay the full price but the manger took care of it!

Only one complaint. Had an ethtician that always was my only person I had used for over a year. Last time I came for my appointment and found out she left and now I had someone new. That is not right. I like the person I use now but would have liked to be informed. I am still considering canceling my membership. A phone call was all I needed but I guess you thought I would cancel bad business move

Not getting full hour of facial that I paid for, it's always like 45 minutes.
