esthetician was friendly and polite; she's obviously new and seemed a bit nervous, spoke very fast and was a bit rough during the facial, a little too fast with the movements and hands were a little cold. Overall though results were fine, she even managed to upsell me on a collagen mask which I enjoyed.

I was very satisfied

Everything was good but the add on cost more than I think it should have. Also I have a new breakout so that's a bit disappointing. She did an excellent job though.

Daniel was very nice. I felt more like i was having suntan lotion rubbed on my body then a massage. I asked for a slower pace and harder pressure and got neither. I asked for mostly hands and feet. I got mostly back and shoulders. What little hands and get i did get, no fingers and no toes. He also left the pillow under my legs at the end. There were parts that were Ok, but ok at best. He was not the message therapist for me.

Appointment availability for less than two weeks notice and frequentcy of cancellations due to masseuse availability has been frustrating

There is always room for improvement

Arrived at 1:05 for a 1:15 appointment because I was asked to arrive 10 minutes before early for paperwork. Was not brought back for facial until almost 1:40. I was actually gathering my belongings to leave when my anesthetist came out. Annoying.

I am satisfied. I love Tiffany and that is the reason I come there. She is so polite and experienced. I feel she does an exceptional job,,,,

Overall I was very satisfied. Deep tissue could be more deep massage. My first massages were very good deep tissue, while more recently they seem to be less deep. I have had trouble with the online reservation application on my phone and computer, it seems to be not working forcing me to call in for an appointment these past two months. It has not been easy to get to a person when trying to book an appointment at County Line Road. Willow Grove, however, always picks up the phone immediately. Once I get a person on the phone at both locations they are very friendly and helpful.
