It was a nice experience and I was satisfied!

The therapist was very rough and I feel went to fast. I like to have a massage that does not feel like it is being rushed. Also when I turned over normally they massages the front of my legs a well as the back and that was not done neither were my arms. I would not use this therapist again.

On past visits I have really enjoyed the neck/shoulder massage by the esthetician giving a facial. This time the esthetician spent a very brief time on my shoulders and focused on rubbing my skin more than dealing with any muscles. It was okay, but not as relaxing. I would also have preferred to been told or have had a choice about which brands of facial products to use. I strongly prefer Dermologica, but she used another brand.

Ashley was great, friendly, compassionate. I have no issues with her. I just don't think the price was fully explained. I am not, nor will ever be, a member. (Can't afford it). I received several gift cards, and have been using them. My first two massages were about $50.00, this last one was $99.00 using a birthday coupon. I left a tip for Ashley in the massage room based on the $50 price. Not only was I embarrassed that the tip was based on a $50 massage, I was surprised/annoyed at the cost.

I would like the esthetician not to talk so much. She was very nice but I wanted to relax more since I have had many facials over the years and knew what to expect

I checked off that I was highly satisfied with my experience. Have no idea why it keeps stating that I'm not on the site. I would also recommend hand and stone to my family and friends.

It was my first massage and I don't feel there was enough explanation as to how it was going to go so it made it hard to relax. Also, after my very nice massage I was pressured with a long spiel regarding the membership. When I said I would like to think about it, I continued to be pressured. I signed up just to stop the conversation but will probably cancel because I do not like being pressured into things and when I say no, that people continue to push. That is not relaxing or appreciated.

My aesthetician wa friendly but seemed like she was trying too hard to be friendly. I went to the facial in order to relax and she kept trying to have conversations with me when all I wanted to do was have peace. She seemwd nervous, like pehaps she had just started. The service itself was good.

I feel as though this location is not fully staffed. I have noticed at the past few appointments, that the staff has stated they only have 1 spot available or no times for people to come in. However, there are many empty rooms. This is taking business away. I love the spa but if it is not fully staffed making no appointments available, this is a problem.
