The whole experience was wonderful. I received this as a gift. I won't be going back any time soon because it too expensive for me.

My therapist applied the pressure I asked for, the light in the room was low and the temperature was just right for relaxing. The only thing I question and have been questioning this for all the years I have been a member is the timing of everything. a massage is 50 min, but the 50 min starts from the time you walk in to the treatment room. After talking to the therapist and getting changed you are left with 40-45 min if you are lucky. I always thought the massages should be an hour. Other than that I think you are doing a great job. I would love to be offered different oil blends, like a chart you could look at and see different oils offered that offer different benefits.
