Hand and Stone

I was very happy from the time I walked in till the time I left. The receptionist was welcoming, friendly & accommodating. My estetician was excellent. Her technique was amazing & she answered my questions & suggested an upgrade that was not real expensive but addressed my concern perfectly. I sincerely enjoyed this facial with Jasmine as I did my last one with Stephanie.

I felt extremely relaxed after the massage.

From the moment you walk in door you are greeted with such a warm welcome.Front desk employees couldn’t have made me any more comfortable then they did.If I ever get a chance to return I will definitely be back.The girl doing my facial was so gentle & quiet I almost fell asleep:)

Jasmine was wonderful at extractions, which was my main reason for going. On top of that she was welcoming and friendly. I’m happy with the face wash she suggested I buy. I’ll definitely be back for more facials by Jasmine!

My Hand & Stone location called me a few days before my appointment to let me know that the massage therapist that I had an appointment with on Saturday was no longer available, but that there was a male therapist available. I considered canceling because I thought I would be uncomfortable with a male therapist, but I decided to accept and go for it so I wouldn't lose my monthly appointment. That change was the best thing that ever happened to me. I truly enjoyed all of my sessions with my prior massage therapist, but I quickly knew that the new male therapist, Cameron, had a lot more to offer for me to improve my mobility, stress and posture. He offered to and showed me two exercises to help stretch the areas that no longer have a full range of motion. He was friendly, warm, knowledgeable and I felt completely comfortable with him. At the end of the session, Jennifer helped me changed all of my appointments through January to the new therapist, Cameron. I even booked an appointment in February. Cameron's care and thoughtful approach was greatly appreciated, and I now believe that I will be able to improve with his care. Thank you!

The massage was thorough. The therapist was knowledgeable. My hands and feet felt great afterward.
