My massage at Hand & Stone was a thoroughly pleasant experience.

The reception staff is highly knowledgable and remembers and recognizes regular clients. They call people by name when they enter, are quick to set expectations and provide an overall peaceful waiting area. From the moment you enter to the moment you leave you are in a space that helps you slow down and relax.

Proximity to home. Specific therapist that I always go to. The time that fits into my schedule for the appointments.

this was my first time at this location. But not my first time visiting hand and Stone.The receptionist was so nice. She had a great personality. My massage therapist Renee was also very nice. I felt wonderful after my massage. Great experience.

Amanda was amazing knowing what and where I needed more attention. Can’t wait to book for another visit. The room was very calming.

Elane was very good at her job. Always asked if I needed anything.

The HV location is the best in Phila and surrounding suburbs. It's always friendly, professional, helpful, accommodating and clean.

Everyone is always very friendly and happy at hand and stone. My massage was just perfect but time just goes too quickly.
