I had a new aesthetician, Stephanie, as my previous one, Karen, left the organization. I thought Karen was good until I encountered Stephanie--and then I found out how good a facial can be! Her technique was amazing. And she spoke very little and kept the focus on me. Karen used to speak non-stop and mostly about herself, which I must admit was very distracting and not relaxing. I knew her from years ago when we had worked together in a hospital, so it was nice to see her again and catch up. Her skills and knowledge were good, but she was average at best once I had a facial with Stephanie. I'm so glad I am with Stephanie now!

Overall had an amazing experience. The reception staff was very welcoming and patient when booking my next appointment. While I was waiting, I took a glance at their Products and got myself a cute mask kit. The massage was fantastic, Amanda has magic hands! She really got into those knots I had and relieved a lot of my stress and pain. The only issue I had was booking online, it is not user friendly. I tried to book my appt online and it went to the reservation screen but did not let me confirm the appt, I called and was told I have to follow through the steps and/or try to clear cookies and restart the web browser. I did all that and it didn’t work. It used up one of my services without booking the appt. Thankfully the receptionist was kind enough to call me back and guarantee that I had the appt booked properly, she was able to fix it on her end. I definitely won’t be using online booking in the future. Overall amazing experience other than that minor mishap.

Maxine is the best she knows exactly what to do for knots, lumps etc… she is very knowledgeable and professional.

The massage was very relaxing yet enough pressure to get out bad knots I had. The therapist worked well on my worst area.
