I am satisfied with the services rendered by the aestheticians and masseurs. However, your Front Desk people never really know what they are doing tech wise. In fact, the person they called over to assist overcharged me for aromatherapy, which I did not have. I am always a little put off by the way your Front Desk handles payment at the end. There is no reason why the conversation between clients should be loud and overheard by other customers. It is a private financial exchange and should be done with more discretion. When I was overcharged, your support staff spoke loudly about a service I did not receive, but was charged for. This is not satisfactory customer service.

I felt that the receptionist was friendly and very competent. She also made sure to accommodate me regarding services eligible for my gift card, which was much appreciated. My technician was very knowledgeable and made it a great experience!

My massage therapist had expert skill and release built up tension in my neck and shoulders. She was also very friendly and fun to talk to.
