I needed to relieve pain in my neck and shoulders. Elaine knew exactly how to relieve the pain focusing mostly on my problems areas and really listened to my concerns.

I rated my experience at Hand & Stone in HV as highly satisfied because of the esthetician, Patti Darragh. She is extremely skilled at facials and has a wealth of knowledge. Patti is professional & pleasant. She can see immediately what needs to be done with my skin and I always leave her facials with a smile on my face, not to mention the glowing skin. A+++

This spa was clean and serine. My therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies at the counter were professional and friendly. The package deal I was offered was beneficial to me.

The experience was amazing and Karen always does such a thorough job with the skin analysis. I added the microdermabrasion and mini cold stone Massage and everything was perfect.
