Over the years, I have been to other Hand and Stone locations. I always had a nice experience but nothing all that memorable, and certainly nothing that I wanted to sign up to do each month. My experience with the Huntington Valley location was so incredible from start to finish that I've already shared my experience with multiple people. (I should call out that had no intention of signing up for a monthly membership when I went in and even mentioned a couple times to staff that I was only here because I was treating myself for my birthday.) My experience with Patty (who radiates warmth and kindness from the moment she greets you) and the women at the front desk (who were chatty and welcoming) was so positive that I was completely sold on the idea of membership by the time my appointment was over.

Miranda is very skilled and friendly. She is courteous and discreet while maneuvering my limbs and dressings.
