The ambiance in the reception area was very inviting. The receptionist was very polite and knew my name when I entered the area. My therapist met me in a timely manner. She was accommodating to my needs and my reservation was relaxing and enjoyable.

Perfect pressure, called me asap when they had a cancellation, very friendly. Nothing was problem.
