I clicked dissatisfied with the information given at the initial confirmation contact, but you did not ask why. So I'll tell you here -- since this was my first Cryoskin appointment, there should have been some information as to what to what to expect and what to do to prepare. I wondered: Should I wash my face or not? Take off all makeup before coming? Wear loose clothing? Take off earrings or headbands? Put yourselves in the shoes of someone who hasn't had a particular service before and ask yourself what kinds of things you might want to know. Also, it's premature at this point to ask about my satisfaction with the procedure. I understand it takes several applications to see any noticeable difference, so don't ask me if I would refer anyone at this point! So far there isn't any real difference.

My provider was knowledgeable and pleasant. She was able to explain things to me at a level I understood and offered good advice. The treatment was a fun experience for a first time facial.

My therapist Jenny is the best. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. Appointment always on time.

Jenny is a truly excellent massage therapist. She uses just the right pressure and focused on the specific areas of concern for me. She is able to work on my knots and make a dent in them and I definitely leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
