Cait consistently delivers a great service. She is knowledgeable about my skin concerns and always suggests services that she believes I will benefit from and listens to my requests. She is a value to this location! I have been a member of this location for 3+ years and she is the reason I have maintained my membership, even while facing the hardship of being laid off from work a year ago.

My massage therapist Paul always asks what areas i need work on. He applies the appropriate amount of pressure. I am always relaxed after the massage.

Ben has been my masseuse for a few months now- concentrates on the areas that need attention and is very knowledgeable as well as personable. I look forward to my massage appointment s and they always give me some muscle relief afterwards.

I'm a satisfied customer. I would love for the cost to be a bit lower, but I am also realistic as I understand what the economic pressures of the past few years have done to prices everywhere. So, all things considered, I'm okay with the costs. If they go up anymore soon, I might have to cut back. But, for now, I'm content. I am fortunate to have a routine timeslot with an amazing aesthetician...Nichole McAndrews. She is excellent...really the best I've ever had anywhere in all my years of getting facials. Please keep her happy! So, overall, I'm highly satisfied across the board.
