The quality of customer service was very good. Adviana, who did my treatment, was very excellent. I was treated very well, was very comfortable in the room, enjoyed the privacy, sounds of the relaxation music that was very appealing to my taste for a meditation type of experience that I need in order to have received the wonderful results that Adrianna gave me. The products, methods they were used, gave me a quality of treatment that was needed in order for my specific goals to be satisfied. I intend to return within the next ninety days, because I would like to have additional treatments. When I walked in the door, I had a strong sense that I was in the best facility to address my personal needs. I was asked if I needed to use the facilities. When I walked out, Adviana was already waiting for me. Adviana had a very good attitude. Adviana was patient. She listened to me and asked me very good questions about my goals for that day. I felt that she knew exactly how to do my treatment, showed me the results, and even asked me if I wanted water. That specific amount of great customer service is something I am used to. I had been in the customer service industry for over thirty years. I was trained and over the years, know how to treat the public in an open setting.. Adviana and the staff were very good in showing me additional information about the services, products, prices, and I was given an excellent timeline if when I can return for additional services. It was very good.

Why are you asking why I’m not highly satisfied with the rewards ? Odd thing to focus on I never said i was dissatisfied with the clerical personnel. So i didn’t answer that one
