I just want to talk about the problem I experienced for my appointment. I scheduled a Time and unfortunately my massage therapist could not come in for valid reasons. The receptionist called me first thing in the morning. After seeing if any available times worked I inform the receptionist that I would not be able to come in today she apologized was very polite and we hung up the phone. Less than 10 minutes later I received a call back. She told me there had been a cancellation and would I like to come in. I was so surprised by the amount of effort put in. If this survey makes it to the Hand and Stone in Langhorne PA please note that all your effort was greatly appreciated and it was the perfect beginning to a birthday.

Everything I expected and was wonderful. Wish it wasn’t hard to make appointments. Enjoy all the atmosphere.

I have been a Hand and Stone member for years,I also am fortunate to have both my facials and massages booked in advance for the year! Every month it is a wonderful experience with wonderful People!!!
