The therapist I had was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and she made me relax to the point I fell asleep several times.

Katie, the massage therapist who worked with me was excellant. I have trigger point pain and she was able to release the triggers. She was friendly and knowlegable. She has treated me twice now. I would return to have her work on me again. I am an hour away;so, I dont know when. I was very satisfied with the experience until I was asked for a $20.00 fee. It was a birthday gift and I was unaware of a transfer fee. I did not have it on me. I only had brought cash for a tip. The staff at the front desk was kind enough to waive it for me this once. I appreciated it. I was once a customer service representative. I felt this was good customer service.

I think the staff up front should dress better,,,,Some of the staff shirts are very low,,,
