Nichole is fantastic. The staff at the reception desk were competent, professional, and pleasant. The whole experience was wonderful. My only area of concern is with your website. It really is not good. It's so hard to figure out where/how to login and it's just not made with members in mind. But, I manage and make do.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and welcoming. I really enjoy the staff I use for facials and massages. My skin is looking so much better!
