The facility was neat and clean. The receiptionist was friendly and handled my appointment well. The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable and made me comfortable.

She was very friendly, & knowledgable. Took her time to explain products used & reasons for product use. She made me feel very comfortable

When a therapist has limited availability, allowing the booking calendar to go out for several months encourages a “hoarding” of appointments being taken. In other words, I think folks fill up the availability, preventing other folks from having the ability to book. Be that as it may, I love Tim, he’s awesome!
