From the moment I walked in to the spa, I was warmly welcomed by the front staff, and checking in for my appointment was very easy. I worked with Kristina, who was excellent! She was very nice and gentle, and she explained everything that she was doing very thoroughly. I enjoyed my facial so much with her that I signed up for the membership! I look forward to working with her again.

Jack was very professional and gave me a wonderful, relaxing massage. He addressed my areas of concern - I highly recommend him!!

Upon walking in I was greeted with a smile, a hello, and warm welcome. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products being sold, and helped me pick out a good product that suits my skin type. Taylor and Kai (spelling?) we’re both so amazing and I appreciated every moment they spent assisting me and answering my questions about skincare products and the services offered at H&S.

The therapist was excellent. I believe her name was Kitrina

I have a been a member for several years. Alway made to feel welcome and appreciated. I get massages and facials there and the practioners are really excellent in every way.

Overall reception was very friendly and helpful booking next appointment. Massage therapist did a great job.
