Amazing experience from beginning to end

My only problem is that the receptionist called and left a message on my work number which I did not give them to use. Not good.

I renewed my membership after I had to leave for medical reasons, the renewal process was easy breezy, the receptionist took care of me with kindness and respect, and was very accommodating with making an appointment for me and what can I say about my therapist Jack, always a great massage and always look forward to the relaxation and tranquility, which is much needed , Always feel better physically and mentally after my amazing massage, I rave about Jack to everyone. So glad I was able to renew my membership and will have continued satisfaction with Hand and Stone of Emerson.

I did use special offer microdermabrasion and I was pleased with the result, but without the special offer cost was prohibitive.

I have been a member for over a year and have had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff has taken the time to know me and inquires about my wellness and my family. My massage therapist is always Vicky. She knows me and my needs and is always friendly, upbeat and professional. I plan on being a loyal customer for years to come!

Marisol is excellent at what she does. It is one of the most relaxing hours of my month. I always see the results of her hard work. She is professional and still very friendly!

The service was great. Christina knows what I like. Facility is always spotless.
